Hey Sandra, Just to be precise:

"All new sellers are required to sell first 3 solos at low CPC. This will give you a boost, because established sellers are not able to set prices below 30 cents and buyers are hunting for such offers.

In return, you will be featured on Udimi home page for free." - UDIMI

As you can read, you need 3 sales & not 3 ratings to increase your CPC.

Hello Sandra,

All sellers who don't have at least 3 ratings have to sell traffic at a maximum of $0.19/click. They can set the click price higher after getting the minimum number of ratings (of course, 3 ratings). This limitation is to prove the traffic quality first.
