Hey Ian. That's a loaded question...
There are way too many variables...
For example: your autoresponder, your sending domain, your sending ip, domain rep and authority and then you get into your subject lines...
What i suggest, is get data from a few sources. Analyze the data and optimize it. You'll get a baseline and can go from there.

I am wanting some information as to what I can expect from these ads.
I have an optin page which leads to a thank you page stating their free gift is in the mail and if you want additional help, click this link which leads to an affiliate page. The niche is Make Money Online.
So, with all that said, what kind of open and click rates should I be expecting from the initial free gift email?
I'm not concerned with the other emails. Just the opening email.
