Hello, Kelvin,

Thank you for writing your concern in the Udimi forum.

When a seller fails to deliver all the clicks on time (within 100 hours from the order starts time), the total value of not delivered clicks will be automatically refunded to your Udimi balance. You can use your balance for your next purchase or make a refund request to your source account.

And zero optin in 161 clicks is not normal usually! Please follow Lia's advise and if there is no problem inside your funnel then contact the seller directly. It is the quickest possible way to get a resolution for your case.

Usually, if you provide proof of bad results (for example, screenshots, screen records, or anything relevant), the seller can offer you some help on improving the outcomes and help find the solution, maybe offer a refund depending on your evidence. But it can be discussed with the seller directly.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Udimi Live Chat from the Help page.

Zero opt-in out of 161 clicks is not normal. Please check your funnel/AR settings in which might have the trouble, if you can confirm there was no problem inside your funnel then you can ask your solo ad vendor what's wrong with the traffic and ask for a full refund if proven there's significant problem with the traffic.
