As I think zero opt-in out of 100 clicks is not normal. Please check your funnel/AR settings in which might have the trouble, if you can confirm there was no problem inside your funnel, then you can ask your solo ad vendor what's wrong with the traffic and ask for a refund if proven there's a significant problem with the traffic.

Not all the same traffic every sellers traffic varies . I would be a bit suspicious though you got 0 optins that doesn't sound right. Its either a problem with your page or the traffic from the seller is garbage . Have you troed optin in with a fake email address to see if your page is working ? Thats what I would try in the mean time . Process of elimination.
