I sent in an order paid. I don't know if I checked all the boxes I wanted to.

The 3 cent prime I don't believe I checked and others..


I can not see the order I placed only that it is placed and paid.


But the creative my sales letter went in completely screwed up.

I have to resend it in.

No way to do anything but pay seller. and that's it"


You can't change anything or add anything. I'm screwed. and the seller is

holding my money. What can I do?? How do I get a refund and resubmit the order?

Upper right says Revoke.. Then fix it and re buy. See if that helps.

this is the 1st time I have ever been denied or had my card decline plus the help support is not real time if Udimi doesn't up their game they are going to lase clients to other platforms !
