This may sound crazy but it actually works with get response. In the subject line insert a . somewhere between a word. Example Are you looking to work online? Put Are you looking to work on.line? I know crazy but it has worked for me I have tested it about a 100 times. Without it goes to my test gma

It works thank you so much

Here are some best practices to keep your emails from falling into spam folders:

  • Make sure all recipients have actually opted-in to receiving your emails.
  • Send your campaign from a good IP address; that is, an IP address that hasn’t been used by someone else who has sent spam in the past.
  • Send through verified domains.
  • Keep any code clean.
  • Use merge tags to personalise the “To:” field of your campaign.
  • Show subscribers how to whitelist your emails and ask them to add you to their address book.
  • Avoid the excessive use of “salesy” language (these are spam trigger words like “buy”, “clearance”, “discount”, or “cash”).
  • Don’t “bait-and-switch” by using deceptive subject lines.
  • Include your location.
  • Include an easy way for subscribers to opt-out of your emails.

Hope this will help you to avoid being landed in the spam folder. Alternatively, you can contact the customer support of the autoresponder. They should be able to assist you on this matter.

Can you advice me what is the best sofwate to use?

It’s not the software…it’s how you email. Don’t do broadcast

Getresponse is known to bind your account to bad ip pools as soon as they catch bad metrics (ie. unhealthy open/click rate) and your emails will start landing immediately to spam folder and there's almost nothing you can do about it.

Hi! This is usually a big issue for a lot of people!

Have you checked your domain in postmaster to see what it's reputation is? If it has bad reputation, you will need a new domain but you need to warm that domain before you can send traffic to it.

Have you checked both the subject lines and the body text to see if there are a lot of spam words in the copy? If there are, you need to use a spam checking tool to see what the words are and rewrite the content without spam words.

Following those steps should help!
