Sellers received a feature that can extend the expiry date of solo ad order proposals.
If the expiry time of a new solo ad proposal overlaps the seller's out of service hours period, the order won’t expire and the seller will have additional time to react to the order (till the end of the out of service period).
The time a buyer has to additionally wait before the seller accepts such an order is deducted from the total time allotted for delivery of the solo (100 hours).
If the out of service feature is activated, but the seller accept an order before a proposal expiry time and the out of service insurance is not used, then the delivery time for the solo remains 100 hours
The feature can be activated for vendors with urgency time of 5-12 hours.
The maximum range is 8 hours.
The time is in the seller’s local timezone.
Activate it if you have a small order urgency and don’t want to miss new orders while you are sleeping. But note that the additional waiting time is deducted from delivery time.
