Does anyone know if there is a way to contact all your past solo buyers at once through udimi or do you have to go into your archives and contact them on at a time?

yep. I experienced this last night. I kept hitting the refresh button until the countdown timer hit zero and the promoted option NEVER went live. The timer just reset itself for another 12 hours.
There's got to be a better way to get into the promoted spots than this.
Kay - the bump spot is an o.k. option but the problem I'm seeing with it is you can be kicked off the first page the SAME day depending on how many other people are buying bumps. And it seems that once you're off the first page the sales stop immediately. Dollar for dollar, the $97 promoted offer is FAR more valuable as you stay on the first page for a week. You don't get that guarantee with the $47 bump.

But yet they don't stop and think that maybe the sellers list just didn't like the offer. And because of that the seller is stuck with a bad review OR he has to refund the buyer.
There's got to be a way for Udimi to combat this type of B.S. coming from buyers. If the buyer receives the clicks paid for they should not be allowed to click on the 'thumbs down' icon.

I've noticed on some sellers reviews that it says that they delivered for example 120 clicks out of 100 for a 20% over delivery.
I was wondering how do I get that to show up on my reviews.
I'm new to this so please excuse the ignorance but of the two solos that I've delivered on, once my clicks reached the targeted amount it seems that Udimi stops counting.
So my question is, if I'm offering a 10% over delivery and I sell a 50 click solo, how do I get the stats to show that I delivered the 50 clicks PLUS any over delivery.

I've messaged buyer with instructions. If all else fails I'll just cancel the order and have him reorder with proper link.
