Solid tips! I also posted tips about making the landing pages mobile friendly. Always check to see that they look good on mobile devices as more and more go over to mobile.
My post was removed because I had a link to a page where you could preview your site in mobile view
That's a good point about checking for content look on mobile. Is there a way to check on Udimi before link in submitted?

Just curious to find out from other buyers what percentage of emails are physically opened when they submit follow up sequences.

I'm new to affiliate marketing and read that the money is in the repeat customers and your opt-in list. What if I want to keep purchasing solo ads from the same great seller long term? Meanwhile, not having my own capture page, and not building my own list. I know this may not be the best idea but what if I just want all of that done for me without having to create a capture page or building a list of my own? Is there a way to do repeat business with a solo ad seller that will handle the capture, redirect to offer, and re-targeting/follow-up? I probably would pay for these additional services if they continuously performed well.
Any thoughts?
Hi John, Working with a great seller is important to ensure good targeted traffic is applied to one's sole ad. That said, a well constructed landing page offers prospective buyers an initial insight to your offer. Some sales will occur immediate however the main purpose of the capture page is to gather the info needed to follow up with the prospective buyers. I can share with you how good professional capture page can easily be constructed. DM me if I can help. .

Hi Steve,
Thank you so much for your reply! That really helps a lot. Good to know about the different times zones. Very interesting how this works. What is your insight about vendors? I feel it can be very tricky to really find the traffic that you are looking for your offer. I've had better results with some that others, but I wonder what factors can go into it. For example, as you mentioned, a good landing page that has been optimized and tested will be of huge help. But, sometimes that might now be good enough and it can work better with some vendors than others.... So I just wonder if there is any way to tell the quality of that traffic.... It seems like there are so many insights that go into this. Any ideas to better understand how this works will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Hi Andres! As you are searching for Sellers, you should look at the details provided by the Sellers prior to engaging in buying their traffic to better gage that their traffic typically represents for the offer you are promoting. Most of the Sellers provide this detail. ie whether their traffic is better for MMO, crypto currency etc. As for the 170 of the 200 clicks that did not opt-in, they could always opt-in later. However if you received their email in the opt-in, you could also follow-up with follow up sales pitch. Good Luck!

Hi, Tela,
Based on your question, is your ad linked to a capture page? Or are you looking for someone to assist with crafting Ads for you? What type of business or product are you promoting?

Thanks Glenn for clarifying. Thought I was doing something wrong by requesting both email and contact number in capture pages.

Double optin is when the subscriber has to confirm his subscription to be added on your list by clicking a link on a confirmation email that 90-95% of times lands into spam folder and will make you lose the subscriber forever.
Thanks Maurizio for clarifying.

single optin double optin is listbuilding suicide
Hi Glenn, when you refer to single opt-in, do you mean only requesting an email contact? If one is requesting both email and say phone contact, would this be a double opt-in?

Hello Guys!
What's the difference between having your vendor write the 'custom ad text' vs. not having that? I see some of them offer that, but others don't. Can you explain to me how this works since I'm such a rookie? LOL .
I'm just really trying to visualize this: If you only give them your 'link' to your offer.... So what exactly do the potential customers see on their emails? Is it just an email with a link?
Thanks you!
Hi Andres, writing your own "ad text" or "opt-in" page or "capture page" (basically all the same) is key IMO because you better understand the product you are promoting. The link you prepare and provide your seller should be one that attracts the buyer to click and provide you leads which will includes their email contact. Once a buyer provides you their email, the capture page would send the buyer to your sales page. Email swipes are basically written to follow up with potential buyers who left you their email address. Don't ever just provide the a link to your sales page to the seller without a capture page as sales are generally generated through following up on leads. Hope this helps.

Hi Lucas, I'm assuming that the sellers are saying your hop links are not working properly. Just copy your hop link to your browser to check if it is working correctly. If so, then you should check to see if they are connecting correctly to your capture page. Good luck!

Sales are not a given.
It depends on a couple of things
* Your landing page
* your follow up emails
Only about 1% of people buy the first time they see your offer. So to improve the chance of sales, you need to provide a series of follow up emails.
But even then - nobody can guarantee you any sales
Hope this helps :)
Just wondering, with follow-up emails, is there anyway to determine if the email is hitting their mailbox or if it reverts to junk mail?
