I agree with Heather. Most of the time people are trying to promote an offer that is just too saturated and they expect sales when subscribers are sick of seeing these offers. The only thing you can do as a seller is tell them what to expect when promoting such an offer. Why should the seller have to suffer by receiving a bad rating when it had nothing to do with the quality of their traffic? It's just silly. Buyers should take responsibility for the offers they want to promote and communicate with sellers to increase their chances of receiving a great service. Sellers should give feedback and advice on how to improve the buyers capture page and offer. We should all be trying to make this experience pleasing.

In this case, it looks way too suspicious. The optins you got look fake. However, as a seller, I do know that the tracking software does not track mail clicks properly. I send all of my traffic from "mail" and Udimi's tracking says like .05% are from mail. Which I know for a fact is not true. That's why it's important to also use a tracking software like Quality Click Control or Click Magic

I am actually dealing with the same issue. Udimi filters out like 10-20 clicks for every 100 clicks I send. The thing is... if any customer accuses you of sending bot traffic, it's a VERY good idea to show them your clickmagick or QCC reports. Those tracking services will prove that your clicks are legitimate. I hope this issue gets resolved soon. :)
