Click My Solos tab on the left, click the Solo the person ordered from you. Then once that solo is open, click the tab at the top that says Info.

It's within your Order Form. If your buyers didn't fill it, just ask for it in the message box.

Just to click on "New Swipe" button on the top right. Then you type your own topic like mine and you do whatever you want to type like an "email" in Swipe. I think it is the answer. Try it! :-)
