This is not fair.
I am getting clicks as filtered,24h after they have been already sent.
Normal filtered clicks can be redirected somewhere else but these clicks are lost for ever...
Usually you get what you paid for.
I know I am not the only one...
Filtered rate has jumped from 10% average to over 40% without a good reason...
Not sure what you guys are doing but this is not beneficial for both Udimi and sellers.
Previous filter rate was just fine.
Can you explain your decisions about this change?
If you really want to keep traffic and udimi high quality, why don't you check each seller separately?
By putting every seller in the same boat is not fair...You will just make sellers look for other way to sell their traffic...
I am waiting for other sellers options and suggestions..
+1 for the bank API wire transfer!
I agree with Andreas.
Please consider adding wire transfers.
Increase the min payout if necessary but wire transfers are the most convenient way for everyone.
I would recommend Stripe as well.
Any update on this?
My stats are in line with the projections from this study.
Assuming the average was 50% in 2018, 85% in 2020 is within the projected range..
Kevin, this is my stats this year so far. Majority of people have a smart phone in T1 countries these days.
Smart phones have instant notifications,so when they receive an email, they open it instantly most of the time (I get 60% of my clicks within the 1st hour of sending an email).
There could be many reasons why people open mostly from a mobile phone but I never bothered searching for reasons because mobile traffic works just as well.
Mobile and unresponsive are 2 different things.
Mobile traffic is the same responsive as any other source. If you got unresponsive traffic, you probably got what you paid for..
If you suspect someone and have proof, report it to udimi support. They will take care of it.
A new lead for me :D
You're playing with the fire.
Don't worry.I will help you get on the right path...
It is the same for everyone guys.
They said FCA noticed a weakness on their AML process and both parties agreed to freeze all accounts...which seems odd.
The best way would be to freeze suspected accounts but freezing all accounts is odd...
title says it all.
Allow picture to be uploaded in the chat, this we it's easier to show buyers screenshots, mistakes etc.
Usually you get what you pay for :)
After selling for a long time here,I have a few things to day that may help.
1st.Stop selling 50 clicks.I had most bad reviews from people buying 50 clicks.
2.Communicate with the buyer. I had some bad reviews removed just by talking with the buyer and explaining the process.
3.Just refund and move on.
4.You're not obliged to refund and you can keep the money along with the bad review.
5. Last but not least, if you're getting bad reviews consistently, then may be time to add some fresh, quality leads to your list.
Rating system is very fair.I wouldn't suggest any change.Think of eBay..
Spot on Scott
I agree with Maurizio. This was very helpful tool for inventory management.
Lately udimi is making too many changes too fast...
