Udimi should either change or add too the info regarding seller's clicks that were delivered. Udimi made internal changes with old info or at least state the length of time clicks were delivered. At least this will tell the true story

Thanks UD Just bought a solo from Heather, She was having tech problems for about 2 days. If the option to cancel was available, I would have only because I waited a long time to get on her schedule and I was running other campaigns, and needed to get that out on time. It's ironic after all that's has been said in this thread!

Heather, again I'm not saying solo needs to be completed in 24 hours, I'm saying the same thing as Chris, Solo should be sent out within 24 hrs of the date agreed on by both Seller and Buyer! I'm not trying to be big Government, You have misinterpreted my remark because you took it out of context!

Heather, Your probably right when you say if you tighten the noose even more there are going to be other unintentional consequences and I'm not saying hell with Udimi, Otherwise I wouldn't still be here! I'm saying is I've had experiences when buying from certain sellers and because they sent the solo late with no advanced warning, created problems that didn't have to be! Some were big problems too and so, somehow, they need to take responsibility for that especially if it happens more than once, Partial refunds are a good when this happens but still not enough! Hey some of us do send on time and communicate too, as I'm sure you know! Good Ethics go a long way! That's all I'm saying!

I think a penalty in points would work and if it continues start refunding to the buyer as most not all, of these type sellers have bad attitudes to go along with their misleading practices anyway!

Yep, Only half of my solo stats were transferred from SS, support they were working on it, it was never updated and I was here at the very beginning! just saying...

Give the seller an opportunity to see what filters (with descriptions), buyers have set for their solo orders, One of my regular buyers bought 25 clicks as usual, which I usually deliver after 2 or 3 mailings to my list, well it is now 8 mailings later and 91 clicks filtered most of them say java is turned off (Sorry but I don't even know what this means) but here's the kicker, I'm still short 7 clicks! Something needs to be done as I can't afford to burn out my list's for a $7.00 solo, I never had this problem before now! At least if I new what filters are being used I would be able to decide if I want to accept or not!

I think John C is spot on! This way at least as a seller, the need to worry about clicks being shit, is drastically reduced! So if it's only email traffic, I'm all for it. There are other ways to make money with Social media{Which I have a large following} and cell phone traffic!
