I've had a lot of leads say they were told they would win money if they filled out a lot of forms. It's not allowed but really hard to prove.

and got around 200 leads optin
out of those 200 only 10 opened my first email
and 190 of them don't do nothing they don't open emails
I'm starting to think these are all fake leads
but what's your opinion?
