Hi all, I was hoping some of you could have some input on this form me.
I'm going to be purchasing some ads for a new course of mine. It is a step-by-step video course that helps individuals with little to no experience build a blog/affiliate website that they customize and manage all by themselves without spending a fortune to get started.
The course is currently priced fairly low at $45 and I'm recruiting affiliates who will receive $25 for every referral that leads to a sale.
My question is this: With the use of solo ads, am I better off advertising to course buyers or advertising the affiliate program to potential affiliates?
I understand the answer will depend somewhat on the seller's list and I do plan on experimenting with both options at some point. I was just wondering what your thoughts are on how I should begin?

I have used clickfunnel in the past and it easy to setup. PM me if you need help. I also use WordPress to save on the cost of building funnels.

I agree with Patrick and Michael comments, you don't want to send people to many options it confusing them. Get the email first and then in your autoresponder send them the other offers that will bring them value more value. The objective is to get the email first and then offer your other services to them.

Hi All - I have purchased 3 solos here on Udimi with good results as far as optins, but no sales so far. Anyone recommend a good autoresponder / email list manager for this business?
MailChimp shut me down before I had even done a campaign as they picked up from incoming names being added that I was doing affiliate marketing. I am now trialing Aweber, but of my 40 optins from last weeks Udimi campaign they have only added 8 to my list as they insist on double opt-in when names coming via third-party.
Obviously, I want to comply with legistlation and not spam etc - however building a list it is a slow and costly exercsie and I want to make it as easy as possible for my prospect to get on the list.
Any thoughts or advice gratefully received. I assume others have faced similar issues. Thanks C.

I was looking at the bottom right side of the screen and I see a blue icon that says "contact online" Does anyone know what that is used for and why? How do you get added? I am assuming you will not see yourself as Contact Online.

You could ask for email only on the optin page, then ask for phone and additional info on the next page.

I would not ask for a phone number for 2 main reasons. First, if you call them you are in violation of the anti-spam laws here in the US. Even if they provided it on your form.
You can only call them if they have made a purchase from you prior. Do research this for yourself as I'm not a lawyer. Second, 75+% of people that enter a number will give a fake one because they don't know you and most people don't want to be called. Asking for name/email and phone really lowers your optin rate too.
As a rule of thumb, the less info you ask for the higher optin rate you'll get. I ask for first name & email so I can personalize the followup emails. When I ask for just the person's email I get an even higher optin rate.
