Hi there I am quite new to solo ads. I am wondering what a good open rate would be on the first follow up emails and also any broadcast emails I was quite disappointed seeing my first follow up emails only getting 5-10% opens. It seems very Low to what I would get through social media (around 30-50%) Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi Roddy, from my observation, buyers do buy from different sellers although they may eventually stay with a few favourite sellers over time.
Sometimes, popular sellers may have too many orders and may not be able to cope with the order load.
So it's always good to have some alternative vendors to fall back on.

I would think that there is a universal need for your product at the moment.
For the marketing to be more targeted, you would want to pick a seller with traffic in the right niche and geographical location, depending on your business model.
You could test out just a small order quantity first.

There needs to be a balance I guess.
People these days have short attention spans and long emails have to be well written and captivating enough to get them reading to the end.
Also, the length of the email depends on the type of product and purpose of your swipe. For lead capture, the shorter the better.

As a new BUYER, I'm not quite sure how to do a rating of my SELLER until I guess I see some
stats??? I do appreciate the SELLER reaching out and staying in contact like Bill Abbott mentioned. That helps educate us as your buyer. I definitely want to do a rating, just want

Hi Sue, when I started I made sure I kept in contact with my buyers asking them if they were happy and if so would they mind giving me a positive rating, it does take time to get more than 5 but you should do it within a month.

Hi SUZANNAH, I am really glad to hear that you have successfully completed the first two orders. After solo ad delivery has been finished, the buyer have 14 days to post a rating for his buyer. You won’t see your rating until you post own rating to buyer. Sometimes buyers are forget it and you should message them and push a little bit.
