I went to withdrawal some money and payoneer is gone from the options? we only have paypal to withdrawal to.. where has payoneer gone?

damn 4 orders automatically refunded because I did not start on time. All of them asked me to email 10pm or later on a Sunday night...I refuse to email and piss off my list late in pm on a Sunday..... Udimi ....I've lost money...you've irritated customers and lost money as well. Never make things more complicated....it was not broke before...it is more complicated now ..... if you think suppliers make all this money and you can just keep reaching in to our pockets and taking it out.....sooner or later you will run out of people to do business with.

Keep it simple....now it still and mess and not getting any better

hint for those who have problems with expired orders: set urgency to 24+ hours and more. You'll have 24 hours to accept your orders.

We need to fix the refund in 5hrs not the acceptance time! And also your click filtering, there is definitely something not right there since the past few days to a week, no matter how many times you say it is fine, we as sellers know straight away when something is changed! hopefully you can fix this, we are all loosing alot of money especially when you filter clicks and call them “bot or traffic exchange traffic” that I myself am getting sales from...lol...

Order just cancelled after I started delivering it....took to long. Customer ordered late evening because THEY DONT KNOW how to select a mailing time. Most click come in the morning. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PROBLEM!!!

At least tell customer to select a time and TRAIN them how to use the system.,..the DONT EVEN LOOK at the UTC thing...they just place their orders...

UGGG I AM LOOSING MONEY!

Same thing keeps happening to me too!!!!

Yep same, sometimes more! One order I had to send more then double the clicks, but the filtered clicks I've been making sales off, so figure that one out.....lol...

They should consider making it not automatically cancel the solo after 5 hours. Just make it so the customer has the option to cancel after 5 hours if the clicks aren't completed enough, but not make it automatic.

Yes agreed, good answer to the problem we are all facing as sellers.

Hey guys, Is anyone out there using Infite.com (partner site with udimi)

for there autoresponder, squeeze page builder, tracking? etc....

I'm interested to see how the deliverability would be for an auto-responder and also how good their squeeze page builder is?

I honestly don't think customers know when they are scheduling orders. I have some orders for delivery this evening. Saturday night into Sunday Morning traffic is not very effective....

In the mean time :) I want happy customers because after all I would not have them without Udimi... :)

Note to self set alarm clock for 2AM to check for orders....also put ear plugs in wife's ears so she don't kill me...LOL

Its usual. Oh and also, I noticed that the redirect doesnt work... it goes to the customers page. So really the filtered clicks are going to the customer unaccounted for...crazy.

No it's not usual, I've been on udimi long enough to spot that there has been a definite change in their filtering of traffic. I just hope that they get this sorted because I know they are filtering geniune traffic that has gotten me lots of sales.

Hey, has anyone else noticed a recent influx of filtered clicks on udimi in the last few days?
I had a few hundred clicks get filtered on an order and it said they were "Botnet or traffic exchange" clicks? but I'm 100 % certain they are not. Just wondering if there is some sort of error or glitch happening with the filtering ?

Just Had a solo that was suppose to start at midnight last night, so i scheduled it all in to start so i could go to bed and for some reason woke up this morning and it was cancelled and refunded, saying i failed to deliver on time. Now I have one starting in 2hrs, (10am my time) (not midnight). With the old system, every solo started at 11am my local time, so I knew when I had to start the clicks like clockwork, this is random and ridiculous, not to mention that I feel like I need nurse and watch each and every solo order for the first 5 hrs.

This new system is stupid, if we have a technical difficulty, which we all know happens with solo selling, we don't even have time to correct it.


Anyone else agree?

This is just a mess. Sellers know when their list is most responsive and at what times..sending solos at random time of day just don't work.

I also, don't agree with this new rule, and I can also appreciate some people don't start their traffic on time. I also am like clock work...everyone gets started 11am AEST...
But now same thing as Bill, I'll Now have to check every hour on the hour...

This is a major inconvenience and hassle for me also.
