I saw I delivered 194 clicks for one order of 200 but this morning when the traffic started coming in, those clicks dropped to 179 and the remaining sent to "Filtered" and labeled as "traffic exchange"

Some Udimi filters adapt depending on the volume of clicks that fall under them. For example, the percentage of Datacenter and Traffic exchange clicks. In rare cases, this leads to a change of click status. This way, the clicks that have already delivered are marked as filtered.

If a visitor is filtered for the reason of "Traffic exchange", it doesn't always mean he came directly from a traffic exchange network. Sometimes it means that the click had some characteristics that make it look like not a quality human click but a traffic exchange click.

If you are confident in the quality of some particular clicks, please contact Udimi support via the Help section to review the clicks.

Thomas, thank you for mentioning it. The remaining time should be displayed on the mobile version of Udimi. I've forwarded the issue to the tech team for checking.

This is true.

I think this one of the oldest Udimi filters.

Given that mobile dominates nowadays, I believe it's time to adjust or remove this filter.

We've reviewed the work of the filter. It should impact the filtered clicks rates.

Mogale, you'll be able to use the balance for purchases once you complete the Newbie Safe requirements. Сheck the requirements in the Money section.

On some solo ads, along with the quality click, some vendors deliver requests from google cache servers. Such clicks are filtered out by "Javascript is off" filter, as they don't support JavaScript.

If you check IPs of such clicks, you'll see that their hostname is cache.google.com. These are not human clicks and therefore they are filtered out.

We checked some of your filtered clicks and found such requests from google cache.

In future updates, such clicks will be marked as useless. In the meantime, I'd suggest filtering such clicks out before they reach a Udimi tracking link just not to spoil your filtered clicks stats.

Note that these are not quality human clicks. They are correctly filtered.

Also, why is traffic filtered if " Cookies are off"? Many people don't enable cookies!

Most landing pages require javascript and cookies to display all contents of the page. Having these features turned off in browsers can break some features and make it not possible for the user to see the whole page, opt-in, buy, or visit other pages on the site. Therefore, such clicks are not counted as quality traffic.

Not having javascript also makes it not possible for the click to be forwarded to another link, like the seller’s return filtered to link.

It most cases, such clicks are not human clicks but just bots or requests from servers.

Udimi should really look at the Residential IP Networks closer like Illuminati. Many sellers here go undetected delivering fake clicks, especially the sellers that deliver almost all mobile traffic as Illuminati is made up of mostly Mobile IP's.

Udimi has a set of filtering methods that help to fight such types fraud. They include the analysis of behavioral factors, fraud intelligence databases and many others.

It’s also important that buyers negatively rate the seller who deliver bad quality traffic and report them to Udimi support. Besides the sophisticated filtering, we rely on the rating system.

Rating system has been and is being manipulated for long time Max.

I am still wondering why Udimi is doing nothing yet.

Some sellers have high sales rate but majority of sales report are from 1 time buyers... Easy to spot.

I believe there should be some strict moderating in place.

Tim

Kujtim, If you have some sellers or buyers that we should have a closer look at, please report them via the Help section. We won't leave such information without attention.

We have automated monitoring and do manual checks of ratings, but if you have some suggestions, we will be glad to hear them too.

You are probably getting fake clicks. All go have to do is search google for "Residential IP network" and you will see all the networks sellers use to deliver fake clicks that look like real clicks.

Then they setup Google Chrome with these extensions Canvas Defender, Cookie AutoDelete, Location Guard, Random User-Agent. Then they use Illuminati to switch their IP each time they visit your site, and optin 40% of the time so you get high optins and are happy. But no one real ever visits your link, only the seller using a residential ip network. There is no way to detect it as some of the residential ip networks have millions of ip's, and there is no way that udimi can block them all.

Udimi implements a set of filtering methods that help to fight such types fraud. They include the analysis of behavioural factors, fraud intelligence databases, and many others.

It’s also important that buyers negatively rate the seller who deliver bad quality traffic and report them to Udimi support. Besides the sophisticated filtering, we rely on the rating system.

Martin, when placing an order, you have to select the date when the seller has to start delivery. The seller will not be able to start delivery later than on the scheduled date. The seller also cannot change the delivery start date.

Please check the tutorial https://udimi.com/help/buyer/how-to-buy/6

Every solo ad must be delivered within 100 hours, or it will be refunded by the system.

Contact Udimi support via the Help section so we could further assist you.

Hello Kujtim,

We've reviewed the filtered clicks on your recent orders. They all were filtered because they didn't support JavaScript in their browsers.

This can happen because they are using browsers that don't support JS, they turned off JS in their browsers, they are some kind of bots, or some other reason.

Please review the filtered clicks that you delivered and how they were generated.

We cannot disclose some technical details, but "Javascript is off" clicks can not be returned to the filtered clicks link.

Hi Lynn,

This is because there's no way the seller could remove the "no mobile" button in their Udimi sales page.

Anyway, 80% traffic are coming from mobile device nowadays, so if you wanted no mobile traffic it will be extremely hard to find.

Cheers,

Lia

Sellers have an option to disable these filters. Go to your seller profile and click "Edit settings". In the place where you are setting the price for the filter, the option can be disabled.

Hello Josue,

We checked the user profile. We haven't detected anything suspicious about it. It's just a regular profile of the user.

Affiliates usually don't have thumbs up as only buyers and sellers can rate each other.

It's also not a new profile.

You can contact affiliates directly if you have any questions.

Jonathan, if the subscriber receives many Udimi offers during a short period of time in one day, there is a chance that the clicks that follow the first click will be considered not quality traffic.

Kujtim, some Udimi filters adapt depending on the volume of clicks that fall under it. For example, the percentage of Datacenter and Traffic exchange click.

In rare cases, this leads to a change of click status, and the clicks that were already delivered are marked as filtered. Since at the time of the click the system did not yet know that this was not quality traffic, the clicks had been delivered to the buyer.

Kujtim, to provide the best quality of traffic, we are constantly working on the filter improvement.

While we rely on the filtering, we are also checking sellers and their orders individually.

After recent changes, we've made some adjustments to the filter, so the filtered clicks volume should be decreased.

To keep the quality of the clicks high and to prevent the clicks being filtered, I'd suggest avoiding sending the same user to several Udimi offers during a short period of time. Also, make sure the filtered clicks are not redirected to other Udimi solo ads.
