I believe this is how it is at this moment. In addition, we have the same requirement for some buyer types.

BTW, we'll allow pseudonyms soon. Many good people are known only by pseudonym. They want to be verified, but they could lose customers with their real name. Real name will be listed inside verification icon's hint.

Awesome! thanx guys

Hey Daniel,

Yes 100% T1 option is rarely nowadays because most sellers have high t1... But enforcing 80% max will not work and will be unfair to some sellers that have a high T1 list as their over 80% t1 is going to be filtered.

ex: my lists are almost 97% T1 on average so i have no choice but to send high T1, how am i going to fill the 20% none T1 gap? therefore this wont work.

on the other hand, enforcing a 80% min on orders is a much better idea (part of the Base Filter), means better traffic and less filtering and less crap traffic going through udimi.

Cheers

My fear is this will cost you more money and become an administrative nightmare. Thus your cost go up, your merchant grumbles and I suspect you would pass them along to sellers. I would If I were in your shoes

Good luck

I agree with Bill ... I also tested this before, in solo ads wasnt great! buyers are already difficult as it is :)

Negative reviews shouldn't go anywhere. They have a place here. Not all sellers have the highest quality of traffic.

Yes, some buyers will take advantage of you but it's part of the business. It happens in every business.

Anything can be changed and evolved brother... no one though Udimi would raise the min selling price to .40 nor limiting the Bonus clicks to 15% few months back right ? :)

" Yes, some buyers will take advantage of you but it's part of the business. It happens in every business. " : But a selling platform can at least work to limit this and work with sellers and buyers... as i mentioned above; in General, thumbs down or up as rating is very old now and no marketplace or platform uses this anymore. most used is star rating with Comment and seller can appeal bad reviews or report them to get them revoked or removed...

Anything can be changed and evolved to the better :)

Cheers

I agree that the previous profile layout was much better in my personal opinion. The huge red thumbs down is so discouraging even if you have 0% bad reviews, besides the featured negative review as well. I hope that they return the old layout back again.

I also suggested to Udimi to have the negative red thumbs down review option to be disabled to the buyers with less than 10 completed orders, to prove that they are serious people who are not just taking Udimi and the sellers for a free ride and gambling with our money, time and effort without any business risk on their part.

Why would the seller get penalized by newbie buyers if his/her top quality traffic does not convert on the buyer's low-converting or broken funnel and bad followup, by getting a negative review and blackmailed to refund the money to remove it?

In general, the red thumbs down should only be used if buyers have solid proof that the traffic is fake etc.. or if the seller provided clearly bad customer service (insult, bully..etc.), and it should have nothing to do with conversions, optin rates or open rates. Thats why there are other review options to be used (like the got sales, no sales and n/a).

Spot on with everything you said Khaled.

And that is an awesome suggestion brother!! same like sellers have limitation when they are still new, buyers should have rating overall disabled or just negative for let's say 10 first orders ... because we have seen a clear pattern, 90% and more of negative reviewers are new users with few or no rating ...

in General, thumbs down or up as rating is very old now and no marketplace or platform have thus, most used is star rating with Comment and seller can appeal bad reviews or report ...

i have said that all along " Nobody ask Facebook or google for a refund if they got no sales. " i offer no refund policy outside Udimi and it's clear and i never had one refund since 2014 ... i'm sure if i did offer refund it would have been a different story ...

Yes, the rating system on udimi needs a big time overhaul...

Not only that but there are some fake buyers, made by some sellers to manipulate the stats..

yes i heard of that before actually ... This will be interesting ... and i think sellers should be allowed to use a username or business name instead of personal name, i mean verifying and using business names are 2 different things ... jusrt my 2 cents :)

As most of you probably know from our Udimi Filter Statistics [https://udimi.com/filter], on average we ban 12 SCAMS PER DAY. At the moment of writing (20 April 2019), we have 20 340 banned users. All these people tried to steal from honest people.

At Udimi we take our user’s safety seriously. In an effort to create further security we are implementing an ID check system, to be performed on sellers before they receive their first payment.

To make this change easy for everybody, there will be three phases:
1. Verification of sellers joined after 1 April 2019
2. Verification of sellers joined in 2019
3. Verification of all other sellers

The verification will be performed by an outsource company and it will cost each seller 3 EUR.

* All current sellers with 10+ sales will get free verification;
* All sellers with verified ID will get special badge on the profile;
* Additional “Only verified IDs” filter will be added to search engine;
* Verified sellers won’t be able to use a pen name

I’ll be happy to hear your thoughts and suggestions before we start the process.

Best, Uncle Dimitry.

Extra security measures are always Good Uncle Dimitry!

Currently To get paid though, they need verified : pp or epayment or transferwise now, how much that really changes things i wonder...

And are you making it optional if there is going to be a badge and filter for it ?

And is the Official name on ID will replace all current names for everyone on udimi? this is going to be messy/confusing considering how many ppl use pen names or business names or just usernames ... i think this step not really necessary

And what about Buyers ? we all know the mount of dodgy buyers , they are all over udimi, and sellers having to refund unfairly in many many cases just to avoid bad review, Any plans on regarding this ? ex. no refund policy, bad review appeal, report buyer option ... extra

Cheers :)

Yeah only European Economic countries :( ... shame ... they have been saying Australia Soon since 2017! and nothing yet ...

I have had my account since 2008 and process way over 1 million a year with it and I have very very low refund and hardly any chargebacks. I even have my own rep now, plus they’ve added additional security. So I think they are great I also have a merchant account with my bank for my other service business.

The biggest reason they suspend accounts is affiliate marketing systems with high refund rates or multilevel marketing I use mine to collect money but not with JV zoo etc. lol. I have a separate account for that.

William I would hate to say " i told you so " one day ... i was in your shoes few months back mate ... My accounts have been used for Mortar and brick businesses also ... not only online ... i had 3 reps as i was dealing with 3 biz accounts and different types of businesses ...

We have been warning people about paypal but many think they are invisible ... i haven't used paypal for almost 6 months now and my online businesses haven't decline not one % ... if anything things are getting better ...

Paypal Clearly Said they dont want to Deal with IM niche in general (indirectly and all ppl affected so far are only in IM space) ... and thousands have lost their accounts, see this Group and read some of the horror stories, major marketers lost their accounts : https://www.facebook.com/groups/paypalaccountclosed/

It has nothing to do with refunds or account issues, it has to do with the niches ... simple ... IM niche in general and mmo, bizop in specific (not solo ads specifically no)...

I lost 3 Verified business accounts that had ZERO refunds and Disputes for over 7 years ... With Millions+ Turn over/year ... they didn't bother to explain and when i called as usual their answer is they cant disclose exact reasons why.

Everyone in IM niche needs to move away from Paypal, for their own sake ... yes not having pp can make things challenging and difficult , but these days there are so many options and everything has a solution ...

Not long ago even Ed was saying very similar things to what you said above ... and we all know Ed been in this space for very long time...

I will say it again, i hope i'm wrong of course...

Cheers

Hi Guys & Uncle Udimi ... I'm thinking how easy if the seller has a monthly activity view, or it can be selected month by month ... similar to the small Seller/Buyer Stats window on the Main Page, but if we can select date (or at least make it Monthly) and if it can include clicks, revenue, fees ...

so seller can always see the overall performance; stats, clicks, revenue, fees extra and also if this can be reflected in "MONEY" section where a month by month stats view can be selected with the above selections with auto totals and summaries. this can apply to buyer stats view with spent totals.

I did mention this before, quick fix can be an option for seller to reply or add a note on what actually happened , for example if a customer post a bad review saying " i got no traffic " , the seller can simply reply with the stats link, this will help the future buyers see what really happen.

Obviously if buyer has been talked to and everything was explained and still didnt change review, sellers should have an option to dispute the feedback. This is a simple quick option.

Main fix: rating can become a star rating from 1 to 5 or something similar... with no thumbs down anymore, as uncle udimi mentioned above, most of the disputes and issues with buyers are buyers not knowing what they are doing and some looking for freebies.

And Thumbs down or negative feedback should be only given after a buyer open a legitimate dispute and if Udimi finds seller didnt deliver or did something wrong they will give them the strike ... this will give the buyer a chance to calm down and think about it , also this will make it harder to just click thumbs down bcz they didnt get sales, or didnt understand the stats or some sort of misunderstanding.

cheers :)
