Why would someone who doesn't know you (i.e. solo ad traffic is cold traffic) want to join your FB group? Even if they did, what happens if the viewer doesn't have a FB account? Or isn't logged in to FB at the time they click the link in the solo ad?

Solo ad traffic is generally best sent to a capture page so you can build an email list. Sending someone directly to a FB group is probably worse than sending someone directly to a sales page becaue there is even less presented to entice someone to the action you want.

Hi Daniel,

You are buying views of your website. When someone delivers more than the ordered clicks, you are simply getting extra views. You make money by those views converting to your leads and ultimately purchasing something from you.

If you are still looking for traffic let me know. I can get you started within 24 hours and sometimes sooner if you need it.

Hi there,

Thanks for your response. Appreciate if you can go through the website that I have posted on my initial query and come with your suggestions. I would be happy to work with you if it makes sense to me.

Many thanks in advance.

There isn't an issue with your website. There is an issue with your process. You don't send solo ad traffic to a sales page and expect to have good results. You send solo ad traffic through a capture page to generate leads, build rapport with your list and ultimately get good long-term results. The primary purpose of solo ad traffic is to build a list that results on long-term customers.

Let me restate what I already said in my original post.

1) Create a capture page to gather people's contact information (as Evi said once people provide that information the capture page should redirect to your existing sales page).

2) Target non-US traffic (I would suggest the rest of the top-tier english speaking countries).

3) Follow-up with that list on a regular basis.

Sure, you can split test your sales pages and make tweaks. But that is like step 25 and you need to learn steps 1-3 first.

Hi Tathagata, are you sending cold traffic directly to those pages or are you sending the traffic to a capture page first? Most cold traffic isn't going to sign-up to an offer like that right away. You need to be capturing people's email addresses and following up with them on a regular basis to make sales from an offer like that.

Also, are you targeting non-US traffic because I don't think US residents can take advantage of that offer.

If you want help with any of it (getting a capture page, auto-reponder and follow-up email series set-up, targeting non-US traffic, tracking your traffic, etc.) let me know and I would be happy to help.

Andris, as long as you are sending the traffic to a capture page (to get contact info first) and not directly to your affiliate sales page I can help. If you are trying to send it directly to the sales page, I can help you create a capture page first so you aren't wasting your money.

Jeffrey,

Is that the page you are promoting or are you sending them to a different capture page first?

Smitha, has your open rate improved?

What is your from email address in Get Response? Using a generic email address like gmail is more likely to end up in the spam folder vs using a custom domain.

Are you on your own list so you get a copy of every email you send? Create a new email account and add it to your list so you can see which folder your newsletters go to as well as test the message and links.

If you have some, but limited, open rates it could be any number of factors. Are all of these people from the same traffic source? If yes, maybe it isn't a good match for your offer. If no, then maybe there is a mismatch between your capture page and your actual offer or it was just the subject line. Try sending the same email with a different subject line.

Did you test this link to make sure you could see conversions prior to giving the link to the provider. If your are seeing clicks in your clickmagick back office and you see conversions in your autoresponder, the problem is most likely an issue with how you are tracking conversions with clickmagick.

They have great support, so they are probably better to ask than here.
