Hi All,

we published a change to click filter.

From today you can select filtering levels you want to apply to seller's traffic. For newbie buyers there is a detailed description for each filtering level.

In addition we have improved click statistics to include more information about each click.

Best, Uncle Dimitry.

I have been testing it all day it will not OD for anyone. It stop once it reaches the original amount of clicks purchased.

I'm not having any issues with that. It's sending the filtered clicks to the overdelivery link and the valid clicks to the buyer up to the overdelivery percentage I set.

for me even with OD set at 50% it will not get to the amount of clicks ordered. It just starts sending back everything. Have to turn off OD to finish solos. Works fine up to 50-75% of the order before it thinks its done. Sent in ticket.

I definitely aim to give premium services. I also like to give a big overdelivery, so that's why I set mine at 50%. So even if I were to charge $1 a click I think the buyer would still be getting a great deal. I also always include my buyers list in the solo because it's my goal to get the buyer sales. The reason for this is that when a buyer gets sales from your solo, it's almost 100% certain that they will purchase from you again.

I have even found that this can prompt buyers to start promoting your solos to their friends, business partners, etc. I never spend any money advertising my solos and I have been getting a lot of orders for several months now. Sometimes I even have to turn orders away!

I agree that it definitely pays to put your best foot forward and send the best quality clicks you can. I am pretty sure that buyers would rather pay a little more per click if they know they are going to get top quality traffic. My own personal experiences have been that most times you get what you pay for when it comes to solo ad traffic.

I also think that as a seller, it's best to try and develop regular customers. This way both parties know what they can expect, and the buyer can be confident in knowing they will get results.

I'd like to summarize main points of the change:

before:
Udimi sent all filtered traffic to the buyer
now:
Udimi sends all filtered traffic back to the seller

before:
filter was unchangeable
now:
buyer can disable any/all filtering levels

*** plus some improvements to the stats window.

Can we at least change the timeframe for the delivery of the clicks as i think now it will take a whole lot more to deliver?

That's definitely a great idea.

It won't take more time to deliver, because filter didn't become more
aggressive. It will be even softer, if your buyer turns off some levels.

Uncle,

I am delighted that all the clicks filtered out by Udimi are to be returned to the seller ... as they certainly have a $ value to the seller.

Please can you clarify your earlier statement:
........................
"before:
Udimi sent all filtered traffic to the buyer
now:
Udimi sends all filtered traffic back to the seller"
........................

I went to my Seller Setup page to set up... my redirect url ... for ALL my filtered clicks to be returned to me.

BUT...

The option seems to be locked at a maximum of 50% clicks to be returned... not 100%

Why is this? ... if as you say ALL the filtered out clicks are to be returned to the seller.

Please can you explain this to us all.... where will the remaining 50% of the clicks go ??

To the Buyer.... or Udimi ??

Many thanks,

Lisa G.

the system delivers ALL filtered clicks no matter what percentage you set there

Percentage you set there is the maximum percent of clean clicks you wish to over-deliver to your buyer.

For example:
you set 15% o/d
on 300 clicks order, buyer will get 345. All filtered are yours. All overdelivered beyond 345 are yours.

Uncle,

Thanks for your clarification.

That helps me understand how it works. I believe it is a very good solution to the filtering out clicks issue.

Sellers get better value for their clicks ... and Buyers get Guaranteed better quality clicks.

Many thanks,

Lisa

There should really be something to turn off this option if we want to and keep the same clicks filitered and clean in the same place. This is one of the things that can happen and needs to be avoided as I for one would get freaked out to if I was the buyer: https://udimi.com/forum/main/1361-whats-going-on

You can set the "Overdelivered and filtered traffic destination" to 0% and it will work that way.

Yorke Lecroy, it doesn't, still getting redirected to my link. the % is reffering only to the OD and 100% of the filitered clicks go to the special link

If you do that then the filtered clicks will just go to Udimi I believe. I just helped one of my students get his link set up and before he had it set up the clicks were going to Udimi.

So far I have not had any problems with mine. I am redirecting my filtered clicks back to another one of my own funnels so it has resulted in a few extra subscribers today so overall I think this is going to work out.

I think just like with anything new, it's going to take some time for people to get used to.
