6 months of Udimi Prime (50% off) + $49.95... What does that mean?

I've spent a good few hours trying to work this out and can't find it... Can someone explain to me? Say, the seller's offering $0.40 per click x 100 swipe = $40, plus $3 flat fee = $43 to pay, is that right? If I click this extra "6 months of Udimi Prime (50% off) + $49.95" on this particular seller, I'll be paying $43 + $49.95 = $92.95 to pay. Then how will that work afterwards?
