Accept & deliver orders
When you get a new order, it will appear on the Orders section.
You have up to 24 hours to accept / reject a new order, no matter how far in the future actual mailing will happen.
If your order urgency is set to Same day, you’ll have only 5 hours to decide. If 5 hours is way too fast, please set 2-3 days for order urgency on the Seller Setup screen. If you fail to accept an order, the system will remember that and when there are way too many orders that you’ve failed to accept, the system will block you automatically.
On the order screen, you will see all the details about your order: quantity of visitors, filters, start date, buyer’s site and ad text. Review everything carefully before accepting the order. It is your responsibility to ensure the buyer's site is functional and fits your list.
If everything is ok, just click the Accept button and the solo will move to the Orders section. If you can’t accept the order, click Reject and please tell the reason to your buyer.
If you got Promoted status, be prepared to act fast, because the number of orders can be overwhelming.
If you got spammy of fishy order, please report the buyer to us via the Help button.
Click your solo to see a tracking link where you have to send all visitors to.
You must send the traffic only on a scheduled date and time. Early traffic will be ignored, except solos where your buyer has allowed it. This means you can start the order right away after accepting it.
You have 100 hours to deliver all visitors to the buyer. Be sure to start on time and deliver before the deadline. If the delivery is not started at the scheduled time, the solo ad can be refunded by the system. Good delivery timing impacts your Udimi score and bumps you to top.
The maximum allowed overdelivery is 15%.
e.g. If a buyer ordered 200 clicks and you want to deliver some bonus traffic, the maximum you can deliver is 230 quality clicks. The rest of traffic will be filtered out.
Please note: late visitors will be ignored and redirected back to you, based on your “Return filtered to” settings.
You can watch own delivery on Stats page of the solo. There you can see quality and filtered traffic.
