Seller was apologetic "Hey man, so sorry, I was swamped with orders, and just didn't make the udimi timeframe, all undelivered clicks were refunded to you, how do you go with the traffic I got to send to you?" SWAMP WITH ORDERS!!!!

Makes threats to you even though he got a refund on his undelivered clicks, not a very nice person to do business with, and also his funnel wasn't working correctly, says he got 0 clicks to his website, even though udimi stats show otherwise.
