(a) I think that you would see much better results if you have a separate landing page offering something up-front for free (like a report/ebook which your audience might be interested in). This would ensure that your number of signups increase.

(b) Follow the sign-up leads with an email sequence by communicating them the benefits of the affiliate program. This way when you direct them to your site, the chances of them signing up for the program would increase dramatically.

(c) Right now, as I can see it, the links which you shared are more like websites and not the kind of pages which solo traffic leads are used to. Having a proper funnel should deliver you results.
