This person doesn't understand solo ads. He received the 200 clicks he bought from me and asked me "where are my emails". I told him to look into his side, as his opt in form should be storing the emails for him. He then came back and said he couldn't find it and "I owed him 200 emails". I again took time to share some of my opt in pages and explain to him where he went wrong. He said he would only rate me "good" if I gave him "200 emails".
