I was wondering about how you go about choosing who to buy a solo from. Is it luck of the draw? If there list will work with you want to promote? Also if someone has a ally big list, can you still choose only to send out a small amount, specially if you have a smaller budget?

I have to admit it is a bit of luck and testing your squeeze to sellers lists... just cause get a low optin rate but at least 30% is just the process of trying out sellers lists and also check as said above the rep they have high % of ratings over amount of sales done is a good guide generally and also being recent rating also within say 6 months...
