I don't know if this is has been asked but here goes.

Here's something that I don't understand. I send out an email to my subscribers and I can see that they click on my links.

If I have 50 clicks in Aweber, it's strange that I actually see 60+ clicks, where 10+ are bots or data center, etc.

Why or how did that happen?

first of all: aweber is a piece of shit

second: they post your broadcast on their "archives" site, which being indexed by crawlers, bots, spam harvesters and other evil forces

Uncle Dimitry ... can I ask why the solos I'm buying from almost all sellers on Udimi over this last two weeks are showing 30%+ clicks being filtered out. It was running at about 15% and seems to have doubled recently.... many clicks now seem to be coming from blacklisted sites. I understand I'm not paying for these clicks... but I reallydon't want new subscribers from banned websites on my list.

Also.... I can see from your comments above you have no great respect for Aweber. which is (understandable). Could you please recommend a good auto responder other than Getresponse ? .... many thanks

maybe that's connected with increased activity of bot networks. I have no idea. These IPs won't add new subscribers to your list for sure, so you are not at risk.

As for aweber, yea, that's 100% crap.

From our experience in support over the last 5 years: Infite.com - zero problems. It has been created by my friend, especially for IM people --- recommended

GetResponse - zero problems, great API --- recommended

MailChimp - zero problems, technical excellence, great API, but some say they don't like IM --- recommended.

iContact - only 1 issue --- recommended

1shopiingcart - zero problems, but a piece of shit --- not recommended

Infusionsoft - zero problems, but based on iContact, complicated, stupid and expensive --- not recommended

aweber - issues every week, unstable, bans without a single warning, unusable & outdated API. Definitely not recommended. Run away! :)

P.S.: Personally I believe you should get own a/r on your own server, if your list is 10K+. Deliverability will be the same, if you set it up correctly.

Best, Uncle Dimitry

100% self hosted is where it is at! I am totally self hosted now and loving it. Better Inboxing too. All these stupid A/R companies can kiss my butt!

Would you be willing to share what software and server stack you are using/ I am considering mailwizz on top of centos with whm/cpanel but not sure if something cloud or aws based would be better? it doesnt seem easier.

I noticed you said that Mailchimp has zero issue, however I'm not getting my optins sent over to my mailchimp list and into my autoresponder campaign. is there anyway that i can check my account or add an API that will ensure my subs get carried over to my mailchimp list? I'm lost and I just want my lander to work. I love Udimi landers
