I understand your frustration but before you say that you are getting fraud traffic, consider other factors. 1. what is your offer? 2. Are you using a high converting squeeze page or just sending them to a direct sales page? 3. If using a squeeze page, what is your optin rate?. No sellers here that I know of, promise sales or optins for that matter. There are many variables that could be the reason for getting back zero revenue on your purchased solos including the way your funnel is setup. Zia vai, you have to take care of buyer, also you have to buy from high pricing source for getting real clicks, not on the cheap method, because that is harmful for any business , because clicks price it's cheap if you see that is something interesting , also talk with support hope they will be able to help you

Just cause your getting back zero revenue doesn't mean the traffic is fraudulent. As Liz said Udimi filters protect you against bad that traffic in that they only count clicks that pass their filter requirements as legitimate.
Are you getting optins at least? If not then perhaps the issue is with your squeeze page.
What is the price of your offer? Is it less then 12 bucks?
Because from my experience solo traffic seems to perform best at that price point or lower initially.
And just as an FYI, most sales are usually made in a strong followup sequence post optin.
