I had 2 solos that started today, one this morning and one this afternoon. The only one that is showing any clicks on the stats page is the one from this morning. Both said that the tracking would start at 00:00 on the 22nd. I am showing about half of the clicks that were orderes so far in my autoresponder, but none here on the site. A little help please.

I'm having the same issue, there not being filtered there being blocked. I'm behind on 2 solo's now a 650 clicker an a 1k. Yesterday is about when I started noticing it.

Hi People,
here is what to do:
1. Get a screenshot and export click log from your tracker
2. Send to support
3. Techs will check server logs to see if the traffic actually arrived to Udimi server
Best, Uncle Dimitry.

Hmmm, I seem to be working fine. What Autoresponder are all of you using?

Ok, I wasted my tech team’s weekend checking all the traffic logs provided by sellers…
Result is not surprising…
Udimi tracker is 100% accurate.
This is it! It has been enough of this crap for me, so I am locking this thread. We will block any attempt to blame Udimi filter in your imaginary problems.
Here is a reminder for all, who still wants to waste our time:
Remember: Udimi is not a just like any other tracker. It is not primitive as all other counters are. How Udimi filter works.
If Udimi “missed” some clicks, then look in “filtered” section of your stats. There you’ll find “missed” clicks.
If your counter still shows more traffic than a total on Udimi (filtered + passed clicks), submit a ticket at support with following information:
1. Exact time of each click with time zone marker
2. IP address
3. Country
4. OS info
5. Browser info
Please note: if you don’t have anything from these 5 fields, don’t waste the time! We won’t be able to find your traffic in millions of clicks from other users.
P.S.: We already had quite a few users, who thought Udimi is not counting “correctly”. After manual review of the traffic (by our techs together with the user), it came out that in all cases Udimi worked correctly.
