Hello,

Seems like my Top Up feature, uploading money from PayPal to Udimi is missing. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Top Up is no longer used, when you buy solos you will be automatically redirected to paypal now.

Just order a solo and you will be automatically redirected to the payment page.

Ok what about money that was topped up in the past can i withdraw it ?

Hi Agnes,

I ordered a solo yesterday, I noticed that the money that I had in Udimi, they used that first. And the rest came out of my PayPal account. Hope that helps.
