Now i have some solos just started... I have sent some clicks for those buyers but in udimi they are still showing zero.
I was just about ready to put a ticket in. I am experiencing a MASSIVE amount of missing clicks. I am using Clickmagick as well.
I was about to put in a ticket but figured I would check here first. Glad to see I am not the only one.
However, given that we both use Clickmagick I am wondering if it is not on their end.
I have also notice some strange server errors here at Udimi as well today. Sometimes I am getting these popups that show 500 error.
Anyway I did put in a ticket over at ClickMagick.

Is udimi's support team monitoring this forum? This is my 1st time creating thread and it seems support team never response to the issues we are having.
Send a ticket in the "Support" section with detailed explanation of the issue.
The pop up window issue was fixed. Apologies if it caused any problems.
I'm missing clicks also.... my tracker and Udimi are 50+% different. I'm not using Clickmagik... so the problem could well be with Udimi. Last night I couldn't access the Udimi server.... so there could have been a dead time where.... I was delivering clicks and nothing was being counted.
I'm delivering clicks to my buyers.... NOW.... Saturday 17th...12.50pm UK time.... and nothing is showing up in Udimi dashboard. Waiting for support to get back to me with an explanation.
Our server experienced DDoS attack and for that reason some of the features did not work properly or went down. We have fixed all problems that this DDoS attack caused, and everything should work normally now. We apologise to all of you for the inconvenience.
Same here Lisa.... my autoresponder confirms that my subscribers are clicking links in my swipe email.... but they are NOT being recorded in my Udimi dashboard... is there a delay or are the clicks lost for ever. It would be helpful if support would confirm in the forum.... if there is a problem.... then we can stop sending clicks to buyers ??

having issues even on posting
The error pop up starts showing up again. the problem was solved only for 30 minutes i assume. now the problem still exists.. Please fix this ASAP. I can't even post a message, i have tried so many times to post this.
Our tech team is working on fixing the problems.

Same here. I can confirm that the udimi site is behaving erratically and trck.cc is down

I usually have the same amount clicks between clickmagick and udimi sometimes not exactly same but 2-3 clicks differences. But now it's getting a lot different.
For example Before in clickmagick shows 100 clicks 90 clicks in udimi and 10 clicks filtered
But now
in Clickmagick shows 100 clicks 70 clicks in udimi and 10 clicks filtered the other 20 clicks are not counted.
So, it's more likely 20 clicks were not counted in udimi
Anyone having the same issue?
