Really wish I could help you out but I kept my list as much in the US and tier 1 as I could. Very, Very few folks from India. Hopefully someone here can help you out with that. Good luck.

Hi Archie, If I were you I would find a few sellers you want to work with and private message them. This is a unique request, but so many great sellers here I am sure you can find what you need:).
