I have a buyer who needs to change his tracking link. Is that possible? or do I have to cancel the order, so he can Reorder agian with the proper link?
The only way I know of is to cancel the order, and change the link. I have not found that it is possible to change the link with an active order. Good luck:)

Actually the buyer can, request a swipe change,
No most likely you have to freeze his campaign and ask him to go to his swipes section call up that swipe he need that link to be changed in and then highlight that link in the copy as is and just redue the tracking link and hit save. Once that's done then he should be able to submit that change to you for your approval.
You should be able to freeze a campaign if there need to be change of something in the (swipe) adcopy.
