If you got a refund, the money should be in your Udimi account. Just buy another solo and it will automatically use the funds

Hi I've got the same issue. I have $5 that I earned through a referral, and $35 thru a solo ad refund. Totally $40 in my account. But when I try to buy a solo for even $39, it gives me only Credit Card and Paypal as purchase options. Is it that I can't use my total Udimi balance to buy a solo? How do I top up my Udimi balance thru Paypal?

You should be able to use your Udimi balance to purchase. If it is not working, I would send a ticket to support and I'm sure they can fix it.

Ok thanks Gary. Yeah I am unable to use the Udimi balance for a solo ad purchase. It does not give me the option at all. I only get Paypal and Credit Card as options. When I try to withdraw the balance, and enter $40, it says Insufficient Funds. Really weird.

I did a refund today and it was declined by Udimi and the money didn't end up in my account also it's not on my Udimi balance why is that ? Where is my money ? It doesn't make an sense please help me.
