Usmaan, Some merchants have what they call 3D security check in which your credit card company has to support. What you have to do is call your card company and ask them if they support the 3D security check. Other than that get your account connect with Paypal and you won't have a problem with purchasing form Udimi.
Udimi requires that if your using a plain credit card it has to be supporting the 3D security check. That's why it won't go through. It was the same for me too until I used Paypal.
