The guy I'm promoting is British and the free book he sends out is a hard copy so preferably its better to be posted in-land to avoid international postage issues and keep things fairly standard. A UK target audience is best. I recently did solo ads and the majority of clicks were from the US so the uptake was less than expected but that wasn't the seller's fault. Now i'd prefer to use UK clicks exclusively for a better response.
