It says you have 14 days to rate. If you one side does not post a rating then just the one rating is shown after 14 days and a rating can no longer be made. As soon as both sides have submitted a rating (within 14 days) then they are both shown.

This is not so, your rating alone will appear after 14 days have elapsed, if your partner hasn't responded.

Well yes I agree, the vendors job is to send legit. traffic. Udimi job is to do the vetting and the filtering. After that it's up to the buyer to have a high converting offer/sales funnel. There should be a mechanism to address vendors being punished for buyers sloppiness.

The solo seller has to refund in order to remove bad rating which is so not fair
