Can somebody tell me what is going on here:

This is 99%+ tier 1 USA traffic and

88% is being filtered? What the heck?

I would go straight to support with that. The filter is picking up on something or not working correctly.

Most of the filtered clicks came from Mobile devices, and the buyer paid extra money for No mobile clicks filter.

Maybe you should check the buyer order requirement first before taking the order.

If buyer ask for no mobile, than you shouldn't send any mobile clicks.

If you couldn't do that, then just reject the order.

1. Switch to Filtered and see the reason for filtering

2. Send support ticket if not satisfied with reasons
