Sabine Tofall, bought a solo from me and then I get this --- MESSAGE FROM UDIMI: please stop delivery to this person. Fraud suspected. We will notify you after the user has verified own identity. Does anyone know her an has done solos for her ?

last time this happen i stopped the solo an udimi never got back with me an the other time it was 3 weeks after a solo was done that I found out that the buyer did charge back through credit card Does anyone that knows Sabine please let me know

Ya she bought 300 clicks from me she's at 100 clicks an I got the same message from udimi.

this user is suspicious and we requested to confirm identity. If the buyer confirms, then you can continue with your solos.

We are doing our best to predict and block fraud and in 99% catch the scam on 1-2 days after first payment, so I suggest to set minimal order delay of 3-7 days to minimize the risk .

I just logged in to find out 2 orders on March 22/23 both have been refunded to her despite 100%+ delivery of clicks

Hello, apparently since I did not deliver the clicks in time, for which Udimi told me not to, all my functions have been locked as I now have a negative balance for the fraudulent person. Please fix ASAP

I think Udimi needs to take responsibility for chargebacks. They receive the payments, so if someone charges back, they should pay the money, not us. We have no control over the money at all. It should be cost of doing business for Udimi.
