All my clicks sent is being filtered all 72 clicks ( Need help)

Hey guys so im sending clicks to 2 customers
one is doing fine and the filter is about 15% but the other is like 100% filter rate
I've sent 72 clicks to this one customer and none is counted
I triple checked everything and there is no filter

The customer may be a Prime member. Check with the customer to see which filters are on and have a word with Udimi support as well for any glitches in the system.
