I tried making payment 4 times with paypal and CC neither will go through. I cleared cookies and even tried another browser nothing has worked. Is there a problem with your payment processor? There is no problem with my PayPal or my card.

Make sure that: you are purchasing from a country which issued your card you entered all information exactly as it appears on your card your card has enabled internet purchases you don’t have any limits right now you have entered correct CVV or CVC verification code from the back of your card
you have entered correct verification SMS if your bank uses 3D secure methods
