Cancel the countdown feature is no longer available. Sellers will have only 100 hours to deliver ordered clicks to a buyer. If a seller fails to deliver all clicks within this time frame then money, for undelivered clicks, will be refunded back to the buyer.

Say 100 clicks, if only delivered 90 clicks or below, even the buyer already received some clicks but still will impose refund policy to seller?

The cancel countdown feature was available only to buyer to give the seller more time to fulfill order when there were technical issues pending. Am I wrong?

I liked the feature. I am a seller who communicates with my buyer, and I had to use it when I had a technical issue with my auto-responder. My buyers were very understanding and even though I gave them the choice to get a refund or wait, they also decided to wait because of the quality traffic and service they had received. Now, they do not have the option to wait, they will get a refund, and have to replace the order to restart the clicks timer. It seems like more of a pain for the buyer to have to do that.....We can make it work though:)

Yes, but only for missing clicks. Buyer will receive money only for undelivered clicks and the rest will go to the seller.
More protection for buyers indeed!
