Hello everybody, I noticed something strange about the orders I get. Let's say I get one order for today, sometimes when I accept it the hours left start counting from the start of the day and not from when I accepted the order. Does it happen to you too? Cheers!
Hello Maurizio,
Can you please provide an example.
Hello Maurizio, Can you please provide an example.
Hi Natalia, this is pretty much what usually happens.
- I go to sleep at 23.00 UTC
- Buyer places an order ad 23.30 UTC for the day after
- I wake up at 7.00 UTC and accept the order
- The order has 93 hours left to deliver instead of 100
That's it!
Cheers
Here we are, it happened today again with 2 orders. The clients placed the orders yesterday night while I was already sleeping. I wake up and accepted them right now and boom, 93 hours left to deliver instead of 100.
See attach
I think its because the buyer set it for the first hour of the day Udimi time, thats why its already less than 100 hours when you accept it.

I was thinking the same at first but there was no time set and "Early Start" was also allowed.
If there's no time set I think the system defaults to 00:00 or the first minute of the day. I see this happen too I think its normal.

You are correct Harrison.
Our techs have edited this setting a little bit and now the 100 hours time frame will start at the time of solo ad acceptance.
