there is an Export button to download CSV file with check results.
If you don't know how to get your contacts from your own autoresponder, you might need to ask their support how to export emails.

I sent 350 emails to the processor and after 10 hours, it is still processing them!!
that looks odd. Normal processing time for a list like that is one minute or less
I've sent a ticket to techs. They will contact you asap.
