I placed an order and it was refused but now I have a credit balance. In trying to purchase an ad with a new seller. I click the use balance button but nothing happens. Please explain how this works. |Thank You

Money from refunded or rejected solo ad orders can be re-used.Just add solos to your Cart and money will be deduced from your balance. If there any issue with that be sure to contact our support team via Help section.
