Sounds good Dimitry :) I would atleast try it this way I could set an over delivery for several orders. I am wondering what happens with the filtered clicks though ... I would like an option to be able to send those to another CPA offer or something ...

yeh sounds good but most O/D sent is for current orders when filled goes to next obviously in have no more orders due then could sell those clicks again...

As a Buyer, I feel the extra clicks make up for the BS and balance everything out... I believe you will save pennies and lose dollars.

This is a great optional additional monetization model. Beautiful way for sellers to maximize unused inventory, and buyers to get a steady flow of traffic even if it isn't 100% targeted.
I would go so far as to allow sellers to not only use this for over delivery, but also as an unused daily inventory clearing house.
As a buyer I would certainly set a daily budget to automatically spend and receive a constant daily flow of these after market clicks.

An easy way to do it would be a set price or a way to bid and someone could grab all the extra clicks from a specific date or country from all vendors

Another thing that could be cool is to have it setup where it tracks the unique clicks we got so for example let's say clicks are for sale starting at $0.01 per unique click and the person who bids the most gets the first click so let's say Tom bids $0.03, Aaron bids $0.02 and Rick bids $0.01.Tom would get the first click and if that IP address clicks another Udimi link in 24 hours it would go to Aaron and if that person clicked a third Udimi link it would go to Rick.
Also there might be different bidding for different countries too. For example top tier would cost more and there might be people who don't want anything outside of a few different countries/regions (that could be very interesting for example get all the Udimi clicks in California or in New York City)
Now will boil down to conversions but personally I'd rather just buy up a ton of inventory that was "blind" IM traffic then buy a bunch of solos for different offers.
