Did you provide a capture page to collect emails and not sent directly to your sales page? If you only received 3 subs it sounds like something is wrong with your link. I'd be happy to look at your page and test it to see if it be tweaked for better results. Either way, you definitely want to reach out to the seller about it.

I purchased 2 lots of clicks off Edgar last week. I found he was really helpful and on 1st run got over 40% subs and over 30% subs on 2nd run off him. You need to have a chat with him and ask why he thinks it didn't perform as you expected.
Let someone take a look at your Link..maybe it's broken link... Double check your Integration to your auto-responder...
