The orders for Builderall that I've sent traffic to posted that they received high optin rates and were very happy with their results. You can check my sellers reviews here to see what my customers think of my traffic.
With that said, results with any traffic run will vary even with the same offer being promoted. Getting your offer in front of the right person at the right time when they are in the mindset to signup or buy cannot be predicted.
The key is to have a very good followup email campaign that brings them back to your offer as well as providing value in your emails. On average it takes a good 7-10 times of seeing your offer before people decide if they know, like and trust you enough to join you. I hope this helps.

My feedback is that the headline of the first link creates more curiosity but the second link has a better optin form. If you could combine the "Controversy" of the first link with a simple optin form of the second link, I'd say you have a winner!
