I don't think any seller here has that laser targetted list, most of seller here is in Make Money Online niche, few of them in Health & weight loss niche. I suggest to use facebook ads or Google adwords but bare in mind both has a steep learning curve. Cheers.

Udimi is a `Making money online` solo ads platform. 99% solos here belong to this niche. If you want to get some special niches, please try to search keywords. Maybe there are several sellers have the list for you.
